I currently offer The Ashborne Shift™ as an initial journey of six private sessions.
We can meet once or twice weekly, depending on the rhythm that feels right for you.
The days between our sessions matter too.
They allow life to become part of the experience—to notice what arises, what feels different, what remains,
and what new questions begin asking for your attention.
After six sessions, we pause and see together where you are at within yourself.
